POSITION SUMMARY

This role is responsible for internal sales account management as well as co-ordinating and administrating key aspects of the company’s dynamic sales & customer service processes across a portfolio of esteemed and celebrity-loved brands including the advanced line; iS Clinical Cosmeceuticals, the Déesse PROTM Led Mask, Totally Derma nutraceutical. Joining us during an exciting period of growth, this role will be at the heart of the activity to grow and support the success of the company’s luxury aesthetic brand portfolio as well as the Harpar Grace brand.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and email to partners and prospects

  • Process orders and payments via the company’s ordering platform

  • Provide internal account management to a portfolio of partners, liaising with education, sales team and marketing to provide the necessary support.

  • Provide support to the field sales team in the management of their partners and prospects

  • Support Head of Sales with reporting, prospecting and trade events, administration of team and promotional activity.

  • Co-ordinate & set up Affiliate Partners, & commission reporting to finance

  • Co-ordinate & set up C&C Partners & manage monthly partner commission reports for finance.

  • Co-ordinate all G&R monthly and quarterly updates.

  • Train partners on Platforms and business support services as required to support growth

  • Track and maintain incoming leads & conversions reporting

  • Manage incoming enquiries and progress in accordance with standards of practice

  • Raise and compile prospect packs and mail outs, co-ordinating with the warehouse

  • Database management to support targeting of prospects in all sectors

  • Co-ordinate & assist in CRM system with team, ensuring all platforms and reports are aligned with the correct detail.

  • Review ROI of all prospecting activity and prepare summaries for department heads

  • Support tactical sales & prospecting activity on weekly basis with sales & marketing teams

  • Support with the onboarding of all new partners for six months alongside the field sales team as part of our care programme

  • Set up all new accounts on the various systems & ensure excellent on boarding experience

  • Manage SOP development to support standards and continuity supporting company growth

  • Train new team members on how to use the CRM system

  • Enquiries by email & Phone and direct to the relevant point of action

  • Manage customer complaints log and reporting and seek to resolve accordingly.

  • Processing of end consumer orders to our warehouse.
