NPD & PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

POSITION SUMMARY

The NPD & Project Management Assistant is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and other managers within the business to deliver on time and to plan. This role is key in supporting our growth objectives and ensuring all key initiatives are delivered on time and in seamless integration with new and existing processes within the business.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to co-ordinate & deliver projects & key business initiatives on time

  • Assist the Project Manager and other managers to help ensure project deliverables are seamlessly integrated within the team

  • Work closely with the Brand Manager to assist in developing business cases for innovative NPD projects

  • Support with the market research & due diligence on projects as required

  • Work closely with the Project Manager & our manufacturers to set up & track the progress of NPD projects

  • Proactively co-ordinate the project team and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are hit

  • Provide administrative support for the project team
