POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Directors of the company the Operations Manager is responsible for successfully managing all operations within the business in addition to developing and implementing operational initiatives to support the diversification and growth of the business.,

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONS

  • Oversee head office and warehouse operation and seek for continuous improvements

  • Management of operations and customer service support team

  • Logistics management including import, export and domestic shipments

  • Defining and implementing quality control & SOP’s

  • Maintaining Health & Safety

  • Managing and progressing product regulatory requirements in line with company plans

  • Managing the department budget

  • Implementing cost saving initiatives

  • Reporting & Project management

SYSTEMS

  • Monitoring of all systems within the company.

  • Managing third parties to deliver projects to schedule.

  • Sourcing and Set-up of user’s equipment

  • Infrastructure development

KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years solid experience within an operational and management role.

  • Experience within the cosmeceutical, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, healthcare or beauty industry.

  • Experienced working in a fast paced environment & managing a team of 3 or more 

  • Experience with SOP development 

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office in particular Excel.

  • Strong IT Skills and experience in particular with ERP/Inventory management systems

  • Experience in import & export

  • Qualified to A Level standard or equivalent

  • Hold a UK driving license
