INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY

The International sales manager is responsible for developing and implementing a self-directed global business plan to meet & exceed expectations for the Déesse PRO led light therapy brand internationally across existing & new distributor and trade partners within the Clinical, Spa & Retail sectors.

 

The successful candidate will be an integral and unrelenting driving force behind the ongoing growth of this brand and all other international distribution opportunities that develop within the portfolio in the coming year.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a global sales strategy to achieve a commercial & targeted penetration across sectors

  • Proactively identify new potential partners & channels of business

  • Exploring strategic alliances /partnerships

  • Develop a strong partnership & growth plan for all current partners.

  • Sales analysis & forecasting

  • Sales & performance updates on weekly & monthly basis

  • Systems & Excel management of pipeline and contact databases

  • Management of financials concerned within sales & partnership negotiations

  • Supervision of the definition and development of distributor/partner agreements

  • P&L responsibility as defined.

  • Define & Implement brand activity & communication plan in which upholds positioning of brands whilst achieving desired growth

KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • At least 10 Yr solid experience within an International sales management role

  • Strong experience within the aesthetics sector across – Clinical & Spa market

  • Retail exposure on UK, European and/or USA preferable

  • Import & Export, multi-currency & regulatory business experience essential.

  • Established contacts, networks and pre- existing relationships to ensure growth from early stages of role

  • Proven capability of running ones own business/ business unit

  • Proven track record for overachieving & growing market penetration across a brand.

  • Demonstration of entrepreneurship and autonomous working style

  • Presenting to potential accounts with an engaging and confident manner

  • Confident with excel documentation to track, plan & review performance

  • Second language beneficial
