This role is responsible for co-ordinating & implementing the company’s progressive marketing plan across a portfolio of esteemed and celebrity-loved brands including the advanced line; iS Clinical Cosmeceuticals, the Déesse PROTM Led Mask, Totally Derma nutraceutical and luxury offering CODAGE across our target markets.


Joining us during an exciting period of growth, this role will be at the heart of the activity to grow and support the company’s luxury aesthetic brand portfolio as well as the Harpar Grace brand across Digital, Social & Print within both Trade & Consumer environments.


  • Co-ordination & implementation of our tactical marketing activity plan

  • Create engaging content to engage with our end consumers and business partners, as well as trade prospects as needed. 

  • Creation of company & brand marketing materials

  • Support our international partners in their marketing requirements

  • Management of all brand assets on server & ensuring latest assets are in our brand bank

  • Co-ordination & support of activity with our PR agency

  • Supporting all teams within business to ensure their material requirements are met

  • Co-ordination and creation of our quarterly company magazine in print & digital format

  • Management of all marketing assets & material creation in soft & hard copy formats.


  • Management & update of company brand website

  • Liaison & co-ordination of activity with our digital agency to deliver to plan

  • Liaison with our PR team to leverage secured coverage to build social media presence

  • Social media content development, scheduling & engagement monitoring as defined

  • Manage responses & consumer engagement across all social platforms

  • Management of Blog content across websites

  • Consumer outreach electronic direct mail management


  • Tactical activity planning & updates across all websites (banners/badges etc)

  • Updates of digital platforms & systems as required including Amazon platforms

  • Co-ordinating all updates & improvements of our websites in close association with agency

  • Partner Platform management & updates in accordance with marketing plan


  • Commercial experience in digital marketing in an e-commerce environment.

  • Autonomous management of at least 1 online platform with proven results

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Digital marketing

  • Experience with co-ordinating & project managing launches and activity plans

  • Confident in creation of social assets channels, scheduling & management platforms

  • Adobe creative suite, photoshop & editing software for design & material creation

  • Experience with Google Adwords, Shopping, Merchant Center, PPC & Analytics

  • Demonstrable results from tactical campaigns of which you have had prior responsibility.

  • Competence in updating content on Shopify & Wordpress sites

  • Powerpoint, Excel, Word & Adobe PRO
