The Marketing manager is responsible for developing and implementing an integrated activity plan for all target sectors across the UK & International markets, to meet & exceed expectations for the brands within the Harpar Grace portfolio.


Not only representing our highly esteemed cosmeceutical brand iS Clinical, Totally Derma nutraceutical & innovative new brand offering CODAGE within both established and target accounts in UK & Ireland, the role is also responsible for growing Déesse PRO internationally. The successful candidate will be an integral and unrelenting driving force behind the ongoing growth of the entire luxury results driven portfolio and indeed the HG brand itself to ensure we deliver to plan.

  • Direct management of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant, External consultants and retained trade/consumer PR firms.

  • Identification, leverage and management of allocated team time or part time staff as required

  • Monitor sales performance across all revenue channels and support success through responsive tactical & strategic initiatives

  • Work closely with operations to enhance client and brand experience

  • Definition of all KPI’s across the business that will be shaped by the marketing efforts

  • Responsibility for collating and analysing all respective data to inform & refine activity

  • Activity & performance updates to respective teams on weekly & monthly basis

  • P&L responsibility as defined.

  • Maintain daily calendar, call logs, expense reports, business reporting and any other administrative requirements key to the role



  • Develop a thorough understanding and expertise of the portfolio to champion the brand

  • Maintain a broad market and product knowledge base to support excellence

  • Support the definition of an integrated company activity plan across all target sectors in the UK & international

  • Oversee the development of a progressive and commercial digital activity plan and ensure optimum ROI across e-commerce channels, partner platforms & social media channels

  • Manage PR agencies to grow penetration & relationships across target titles

  • Manage development of all company websites to heighten brand awareness & sales traction

  • Creation and co-ordination of all materials needed to implement to plan

  • Implementation of sales & promo plan across trade & consumer markets

  • Management of event calender & ensuring maximum ROI for events held to grow business

  • Exploring strategic alliances /partnerships

  • Identification of any unfulfilled needs within prospective and current accounts and work alongside account management & sales team to develop offerings to secure business

  • Oversee development of all digital platforms to maintain our competitive edge in the market

  • Develop & oversee all NPD in close association with supporting departments

  • Oversee the launch of any new product or brand offerings within the portfolio

  • Identify strategic opportunities to propel the company forward in new & existing markets

  • Manage all fixed and variable spend to budget and ROI expectations.



  • At least 3-5yr solid experience in a similar role with top level commercial exposure.

  • Experienced in marketing across multiple target markets & sectors simultaneously

  • B2b & B2c multi-platform planning

  • Confident in managing activity within the digital landscape & on social media

  • Proven campaign management with measured results

  • Solid experience in motivating & inspiring team members to achieve

  • Proven track record for overachieving & growing market penetration across a portfolio

  • Confident with IT including CRM systems/powerpoint/outlook/excel.

  • Confident with excel documentation to track, plan & review performance

  • Clean driving license
