EVENTS & MARKETING

CO-ORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the co-ordination and implementation of our engagement & training plan & assist in marketing efforts of the company both in the UK & Internationally.

 

You will be working with a portfolio of esteemed & celebrity loved brands including the advanced line; IS Clinical Cosmeceuticals, the Déesse PRO LED Mask, Totally Derma nutraceutical and a unique new brand offering CODAGE across our target markets to target a range of sectors & target markets.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAINING & ENGAGEMENT EVENTS

 

  • Management & implementation of company engagement plan

  • Organisation & coordination of all events to ensure smooth & successful outcomes

  • Budgetary management of events

  • Participate & support in National training days & other training events as needed

  • Administration of all events & attendee communication to maximise attendance

  • Set up of all events on training booking & monitoring of traction /updates to team

  • Oversee tracking of training & event engagement

  • Co-ordinate all key & Current account events with training division & accounts

  • Follow up of all attendees & action accordingly

  • Ensure all paperwork & tracking is completed for all events

MARKETING SUPPORT

 

  • Updates of training & prospect materials & creation of new materials as needed

  • Support our international partners in their marketing requirements

  • Support our current accounts in leveraging our marketing support materials in association with customer relations manager & PR team to improve social media presence & growth

  • Implementation of our communication plan as required

ADMIN & SUPPORT

 

  • Admin to support efficient back end operations across customer services & operations

  • Order processing when & as needed

  • Customer liaison as needed to support customer services team
