CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR    

POSITION SUMMARY

Playing an integral role within the company, this position is responsible for being the main point of contact for our customers and key stakeholders on all our brands within our portfolio. The role combines customer services, sales and marketing to support the diversification and growth of the business.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER SERVICES

  • Develop a strong partnership with all accounts through excellent service.

  • Order processing all current and new account business.

  • Payment processing in accordance with agreed account terms.

  • Order confirmations to accounts.

  • Enquiries by telephone and email.

  • Ongoing health checks of all accounts to ensure customer delight and optimisation.

  • Manage customer complaints log and reporting and seek to resolve accordingly.

  • Processing of end consumer orders to our warehouse.

MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Fulfilling marketing support material requests to our customers.

  • Promotion communications to our customers.

  • Assisting with events/conferences.

  • Account mailings.

CURRENT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Price list and order forms circulation.

  • Weekly and monthly updates to accounts.

  • Upselling promotions to all accounts.

  • Staff ordering program administration.

  • Liaison with team and use of CRM system to manage accounts effectively.

  • Co-ordination of diaries amongst team to ensure account needs are met.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • New account set up and welcome packs.

  • Qualification of enquiries where needed and progress.

  • Prospect mailings and follow ups.

  • Support Sales team in prospecting efforts.

  • Act independently where needed to progress & secure new business.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

  • At least 2 years’ experience within a customer services environment, ideally within the cosmeceutical, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, healthcare or beauty industry.

  • Confident with excel, PowerPoint, mail merge, word and outlook.

  • Experienced in operational systems and procedures to fulfil role successfully.

  • Experienced in working in a customer facing environment where service is everything.

  • Working in a multifaceted role to deadlines.
