NEW BUSINESS CONSULTANT

POSITION SUMMARY

The New Business Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing a self-directed plan in association with the National Sales Manager of the UK & Ireland to meet & exceed expectations for the brands within the Harpar Grace portfolio across the Clinical sector.

 

The role encompasses the representation of our highly esteemed cosmeceutical brand, iS Clinical alongside our Déesse Pro LED light therapy mask, Totally Derma nutraceutical and the introduction of an innovative and unique new brand offering, CODAGE.

 

Playing an integral role within the company’s success through the identification and opening of accounts. The successful candidate will be a driving force behind the ongoing growth of the portfolio within target accounts. This role boasts exceptional potential for opportunity and reward in line with the company’s growth and strategy.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

 

  • Maintain a broad market and product knowledge base to support sales excellence

  • Develop & implement a sales strategy for the designated territory which upholds positioning of brands whilst achieving a balanced and targeted penetration

  • Assess suitability and appropriate development of new account enquiries

  • Conduct initial consultations and introductory meetings with prospective accounts

  • Proactively identify new potential accounts

  • Pitching to & securing new accounts in accordance with strategy and target penetration

  • Meet with industry leaders, spa directors and management to plan

  • Key driver in preparation & attendance at industry conferences and events

  • Partner with management to actively seek new opportunities to reach new customers

  • Network across all account channels to support brand penetration

  • Maintain daily calendar, call logs, expense reports, business reporting and any other administrative requirements key to the role

KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • At least 3 years solid experience selling within the aesthetics sector in similar role.

  • Proven track record of new door openings.

  • Demonstration of entrepreneurship and autonomous working style

  •  Confident with excel documentation to track, plan & review personal performance.

  • Proven capability of running ones own business/ business unit or territory

  • Presenting to potential accounts with an engaging and confident manner

  • Clean driving license
