POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Growth Specialist is responsible for implementing the brand engagement, training & partner development programme within our clinical accounts in UK & Ireland to meet & exceed expectations for the brands within the Harpar Grace portfolio.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define & implement business plans for accounts to support ongoing growth & objectives

  • Work closely with the management team to continually monitor performance to identify needs to support growth.

  • Increase penetration of portfolio amongst accounts

  • Deliver virtual & on-site training to our accounts to highest levels with the Clinical Division

  • Actively engage potential new partners where required

  • Qualify and progress new partner enquiries

  • Conduct introductory treatment demos & meetings with prospective accounts

  • Key driver in team preparation & attendance at industry conferences and events

KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • At least 3 yr solid experience within Clinical industry as an account manager

  • Trained therapist up to NVQ Level 3 /City & Guilds or equivalent (Level 4 preferred) with advanced treatment/modality training ideal.

  • Competent in advanced treatment knowledge of;

  • Chemical peels

  • Laser

  • Body Contouring

  • Device based treatments such as Microneedling, RF & LED

  • Experience with the integration of topicals, devices & treatments in generating results

  • Experience working with professional luxury skincare brands

  • Demonstration of autonomous working style
