
BUSINESS GROWTH SPECIALIST CLINICAL DIVISION

POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Growth Specialist is responsible for implementing the brand engagement, training & partner development programme within our clinical accounts in UK & Ireland to meet & exceed expectations for the brands within the Harpar Grace portfolio.
MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Define & implement business plans for accounts to support ongoing growth & objectives

Work closely with the management team to continually monitor performance to identify needs to support growth.

Increase penetration of portfolio amongst accounts
-
Deliver virtual & on-site training to our accounts to highest levels with the Clinical Division
-
Actively engage potential new partners where required
-
Qualify and progress new partner enquiries
-
Conduct introductory treatment demos & meetings with prospective accounts
-
Key driver in team preparation & attendance at industry conferences and events
KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
-
At least 3 yr solid experience within Clinical industry as an account manager
-
Trained therapist up to NVQ Level 3 /City & Guilds or equivalent (Level 4 preferred) with advanced treatment/modality training ideal.

Competent in advanced treatment knowledge of;
-
Chemical peels
-
Laser
-
Body Contouring
-
Device based treatments such as Microneedling, RF & LED
-
Experience with the integration of topicals, devices & treatments in generating results
-
Experience working with professional luxury skincare brands
-
Demonstration of autonomous working style
