ACCOUNT MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY

The New Business & Account managers of the company will be responsible for developing and implementing a self-directed plan for their designated division to meet & exceed expectations for the brands within the Harpar Grace portfolio as defined.

 

The role encompasses the representation of our highly esteemed cosmeceutical brand, iS Clinical alongside our Déesse Pro LED light therapy mask, Totally Derma nutraceutical and unique brand offering, CODAGE.

 

Playing an integral role within the company’s success through the identification, opening and management of those accounts, this role boasts with a strong focus on luxury, results driven & advanced offerings, boasts exceptional potential for opportunity, progression and reward in line with the company’s growth strategy.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Maintain a broad market and product knowledge base to support sales excellence

  • Develop & implement a sales strategy for the designated channel & territory which upholds positioning of brands whilst achieving a balanced and targeted penetration

  • Assess suitability and appropriate development of new account enquiries

  • Conduct initial consultations and introductory meetings with prospective accounts

  • Proactively identify new potential accounts

  • Pitching to & securing new accounts in accordance with strategy and target penetration

  • Meet with industry leaders, spa directors and management to plan

  • Key driver in preparation & attendance at industry conferences and events

  • Partner with management to actively seek new opportunities to reach new customers

  • Network across all account channels to support brand penetration

  • Maintain daily calendar, call logs, expense reports, business reporting and any other administrative requirements key to the role

NEW ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • At least 3 years solid experience selling in similar role within the same divison

  • Proven track record of new door openings.

  • Demonstration of entrepreneurship and autonomous working style

  • Confident with excel documentation to track, plan & review personal performance.

  • Proven capability of running ones own business/ business unit or territory

  • Presenting to potential accounts with an engaging and confident manner

  • Clean driving license

  • Manage all new account set ups & initial order processing

  • Implement new account care plan

  • Carry out introductory training

  • Create business plans for new accounts to drive growth and penetration of portfolio

  • Work with account and business growth team to define training plan and monitor level of engagement on ongoing basis to optimise results and maximise use of our resources

  • Convert prospect accounts into loyal partners through excellent relations and support
